Do I need to pay the custom tax?

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

  1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;
  2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;
  3. When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

Which country do you ship to?

We support international shipping. And we can ship to most countries & regions in the world.

You don’t have to register before placing an order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

A. How to cancel order before payment?

We will process order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customer can just leave it there. It will automatically be CLOSED 24 hours later. Notice: Make payment within 24 hours. After that customer need to submit a new order ,as price of promotion items will change.ck Out, then “Proceed to Pay” to login and finish the payment

B. Can I withdraw an order after payment?

* Cancel paid order within 24 hours: 
Customercan cancel the order in user account directly or email us to cancel it. We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.

* Cancel paid order after 24 hours: 
Please contact us directly. If order is not shipped, we offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped.(The cancellation fee do not including the shipping fee.)

C. If I place repeat order, can I cancel one?

Please Email or Call our customer service team, so that we can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.

D. Change item after payment

Please contact our customer service team, we can change the items within 24 hours after the payment for free.

E. Change Address after payment

Please contact our customer service team, we can change the shipping address before it is shipped. After that, we are unable modify it anymore.

What is processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 3-5 days; if you purchase any pre-sale item, it takes 6-10 days. However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 6-10 days to process.

Why split an order into several orders?

Here are some reasons :

  1. The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box. 
    Some products in the order are backordered
    C. Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st time quality 
    checking, and on it’s 2nd time quality checking.
    D. Some items are out of stock temporarily.

What Should Do If The Size On The Tag Is Different From What I Ordered ?

The size show on the website will be converted into international size before products are put on sale, which is standard and regular. Therefore, if you find that the size you get is not the same as shown on the website, don’t panic and worry. That size we sent you is right. Put them on first and see how it turns out. If they don't fit you well, you could return them definitely. (Please check our return policy)

 

Why The Color Of Received Clothing Is A Little Different From What I Saw Online ?

 

The camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. Hope you could understand us. If it does not affect the appearance and mood about your favorite clothing, we hope you can keep clothing. We will give you promotion code as the compensation for the future purchase. However, we will try our best to avoid the matter happens.

Why Was My Order Canceled ?

 

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund.

 
Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That ?

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately (service@vesmia.com ). We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once the parcel was processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.
